I have had nothing but bad service with Chase. First they increased my interest rate for no reason. I cancelled my card to lock in the previous rate. However they decided to increase my rate anyway. I had to call numerous times to get it to where it was supposed to be, and they would not refund the extra interest that I paid. Also recently I have called all my creditors to set up payment plans at 0% or a low interest rate in exchange for a locked payment to help pay off my all my debt. Every company was able to issue the 0%, but Chase refused to help. They said that if I can make my payment that I couldnt get any help. I guess if you are a good consumer, Chase is rude, but when you cant pay or are not good at paying on time, they are nice. Makes total sense.... Never will I work with Chase again!!
