BY 150% ON SUPER LOW INTEREST RATE CREDIT CARD AGREEMENTS.
OVER ONE MILLION CHASE BANK CUSTOMERS WERE ADVERSLY
AFFECTED BY THE 150% MONTHLY AMBUSH INCREASE.
