LA TIMES POLL REVEALS 87.5% DISAGREE WITH CHASE BANK'S RAISING OF THE MONTHLY MINIMUM PAYMENT REQUIREMENT.

In the LA Times / David Lazarus POLL,

"Is Chase Bank playing fair with cardholders by raising the minimum payments?" 75.5% say it is a raw deal.

Just as importantly, an additional 12.0% say Chase should at the very least honor past agreements which would include the CONSUMER OPT OUT clause, making for a combined 87.5 PERCENT AGAINST CHASE BANK's UNILATERAL DECISION TO PLAY GOD WITH YOUR FINANCIAL OBLIGATIONS.

In other words almost 8 out 9 people who responded to the LA TIMES / David Lazarus Poll think Chase Bank Sucks!

I walked into a Seven Eleven Store today and was AWESTRUCK when I saw a petition at the counter with 246 signatures protesting the high cost of credit card transaction fees. WOW!

On top of that, as your business activity declines, local governments and state governments PANIC because less tax revenue is coming so they want to raise your taxes! In Bloggers Against Chase Bank's opinion, If you don't stop Chase, Chase WILL stop you by unnecessarily emptying out your wallet.

JULY 15, 2009 is CHASE BANK'S FINAL DAY to REVERSE THEIR 2% to 5% MONTHLY MINIMUM PAYMENT HIKE or a CHASE BANK BOARD MEMBER MUST RESIGN!

July 15th, 2009 is Chase Bank's final day to OPT OUT of their decision to raise the monthly minimum payment from 2% to 5% on over a million of their most trustworthy and reliable customers.

If July 15th. 2009 passes and Chase Bank does not reverse their 2% to 5% monthly minimum payment demand on over a million of their most trustworthy customers, or at the very least offer an OPT OUT OPTION, then one Chase Bank board member must resign.

Of course, the 2% to 5% reversal or and OPT OUT OPTION will still need to happen even if a board member resigns.

Accept no substitutions, lets have a plan and stick to it.

Complaints board dot com has a page devoted to Chase Bank.

Consumer Affairs has over a thousand documented Chase Bank complaints in just the past six months.

Chase Bank MUST REVERSE their monthly minimum payment increase and if they don't do it by July 15th, then one of their executive board members MUST RESIGN.

Chase Bank MUST allow its customers the right to OPT OUT of any Change in Terms.

I find it against freedom of the people when the press does not allow readers an opportunity to leave a comment on a story that directly affects the public. By not allowing readers to leave a comment, we are at the mercy of how the media chooses to report the story.

In this instance, the story about Chase Bank raising the monthly minimum payment makes it sound like we the people cannot do anything about the Chase Bank Change in Terms, I wholeheartedly disagree.
