My two protest signs that I brought with me to the Joan Baez Santa Monica Pier Concert last night were DAILY-PROTEST.com and CHASE BANK, KEEP YOUR WORD.
If someone disagrees with you, no need to get angry, there will always be at least one self righteous people everywhere you go. Although last night I did not find one such person among thousands who walked by my two signs. Yet, several dozen people stopped to talk, and others waited to talk, but then left if I could not get to them fast enough, afterall, this is their night of fun.
If somebody has a question, always be polite and smile since they have taken the time to ask you during their family fun time. I will probably make up a one sheet to hand out. I ditched the bigger sign and went with two smaller signs when I actually set up in my final spot of the night.
